Returns and Exchanges We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for customer reasons.
Please check the compatibility of the product before placing an order.

However, this does not apply in the following cases
1. if there is a defect in the manufacturing of the product (initial defect)
2. if the item(s) delivered is(are) different from what you ordered
3. if the product is damaged or soiled during shipping
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If we have a replacement product, we will exchange the product.

We will also bear the shipping costs for returning the defective product and shipping the replacement product.
However, if there is a replacement item and the item is returned (refunded) instead of exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we will refund the difference minus the shipping costs and COD (cash on delivery) charges when the item is shipped from our store.

If a refund occurs due to a return at the convenience of the customer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
